Oksana contacted my on a dating site. She offered to visit me in my country. She presented a itinerary and then started asking for money. She needed money to produce a bank statement because she needed to proof that she had enough money to pay for travel. Ok, next she discovered that she had old debts she needed to pay before she left the coutnry, otherwise she would not be able to leave. Next she had been scammed out of all the funds in her bank account and needed mor emoney to replenish the accout. She presented a fake visa which had the same photo as in here passport. What a coincidence! Then finally she came with the sotry that her passport had been stole and she needed a new passort to travel. All her actions demonstrated nothing but intent to fraud and scam me for money.
